Last blood goblet door blocked

I have already completed 3 out of the 4 blood goblet rooms in Osseus Fortress. The 4th room under the ice banshees next to the secret wall is blocked and I can’t get past it. I’ve seen these during my play time so wondering if I need to beat a boss before? I accidentally started the ice dragon boss while exploring and wondering if that’s why it’s blocked. Anyone run into this?

What do you mean by "blocked"? You should be able to "just open it", there is no other pre-requisite other than finding it.

It’s something blocking the door and I’ve seen them during my play through. Says “there’s no way past this”.

You are missing an upgrade which let's you open these specific doors.

There are two doors there, above each other. The upper door cannot be opened until you get a special ability. But you need the door below, that is the arena door.
Below the banshees there is a wooden platform with a long ladder above a chasm. From the bottom of the ladder, you can see the cliff platform you need on the right side. You can jump there from the top of the ladder platform, or from the ladder itself if you have the dash ability. You need the dash ability to get out after the arena.
