Where to find blue prints?

Where the hell are the blue prints in this game? All the weapons that I have collected so far are have been upgraded +2. I have completed 76% of the game and I was only able to find one blue print by the name some rare blue print, and it is not applicable to any of the weapons I have so far. Couldn't find any guide on YouTube either for the blue prints. If someone can please share their locations I would be grateful.

1st blueprint is in Esk's Manor. The 2nd blueprint is in in the church area, near where you fough the Burnt Apostate. The final blueprint is in the last area of the game, in the big hall near the top.

Whenever you get a blueprint, you have to give them to Mariano, he will then allow you to further upgrade _all_ of your weapons.
No blueprints: up to +2
1st blueprint: up to +5
2nd blueprint: up to +8
3rd blueprint: up to +10

I never found that last blueprint, is this in the red area somewhere?

fwiw I also killed one of the cold ones and it didn't drop a liver so i might have some bugs happening but I'm not sure.

It's in the big cathedral hall, near the top left on a chandolier.
