What do you get for the noble family crests behind the door in the Drowned Crypt?

I've one baby left to find, there's no way I'm going through the entirety of the game(of which somehow I have 11% left in the menu counter...) and slapping all the walls etc.

You get a boss fight.
Then after the boss fight you get a key item called:
Corrupted Heart of Nycreux -- I think this is a permanent boost to all 3 bars, but it doesn't actually tell me what it does...

Crap. That's not something I could pass up easily.
I guess I could scrub some playthrough on Youtube(there's at least one but half of it is gated behind membership... UGH) that has all of them found.

Let me be clear, I my bars LOOK significantly larger then before I got that heart... So I THINK that is what did it...

It is also possible I am wrong about the key item's effect.

I also have not leveled any stats for some time, so it definitely wasn't stats...

Alright, there's a playthrough by NeatPick that has all the crests, therefore all the damn babies, therefore I'm gonna be scrubbing through that 11-hour monster sometime this weekend in search of the last one
