In Mythringal there's a statue thing that mentions a ring. Once you get the ring from the Inquisition thing(sorry I forget all the names), you go to the room with that statue and it unlocks a ladder down to the Site Cave.
Follow that down through to Erlim(?) City, and then to the Mansion. Air Dash is in the Mansion I believe.
As for Double Jump, I haven't found it yet. I had to do some Hardcore Parkour to progress, but it feels like that's not something I should have had to do to progress since the game never tells you how to do it. What I'm talking about is in the dark green map zone, there's a wall jump that you can't normally make. However, if you jump to the wall, jump off, Air Dash back onto the wall, and finally jump off the wall a second time you get enough height to grab the ledge. If that's intended, then the game needs a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hint for it.
Transformation gives you better horizontal jump distance and better air dash. Some areas can only be accessed by using your transformation form jump and dash (or double jump if you have it, which I haven't found yet)
You have to first jump toward the wall *without* air dashing, jump off the wall, now air dash back onto the wall, and then do a normal jump. You can only "store" one air dash, so if you used it up on the first jump toward the smooth wall you won't be able to make the rest of the climb since you won't be able to get enough height.
I realize this sounds confusing, but it will make more sense once you get to the Liturgical Pass and towards the church area. There are several parts of that map (Osseus Fortress, too) that require this specific input to proceed.
