Is Double Jump required for...

I'm in an area (the Liturgical Pass) where I have to destroy flaming statues and get 3 barriers lowered. One particular spot has a wall that I can grab, and then I'd have to jump back to the left... But I can't seem to make it up to it. I'm seriously like 2 pixels away from grabbing the ledge. I already have the air dash, but that doesn't help.

There is no need at all for double jump in the entire zone except for one item/path very obvious later on , I guess what you are missing the tech , try jump into the wall then jump outwards and dash back into the wall with the boots then jump outside again and you should be able to reach the ledge , let me know if that helps you ^^

I got double jump and was finishing all parts of the map before I circled back and realized air dash would have gotten me into there a LOT sooner. I wish I had transformation for a lot of things, such as, surprise hydra fight! I grinded him for awhile to get my bag back, loved the fight too.

Fan fact, you actually can reach top without using dash boots, but jump is very precise.
