confused on controls

how do i reload my gun? it says i have bullets in storage. where is storage? can i really only have like 10 at once? the game told me triangle at the right moment is supposed to absorb energy or something when an enemy hits me but it does nothing.

I'm pretty sure it's not a one-button press as default for parry, i use an xbox controller, and pressing RB+Y is the way to parry an incoming attack, for bullets you just have to get them from drops or buy it from an NPC you'll meet later on in the game, bullet count is on the bottom of the mana bar encircled, don't worry, you'll be able to hold more than 10 as you progress the game.

Your storage is the save points. When you use a save point, it replenishes your items and ammo.

Your ammo limit will later increase, but you can't reload. If you are empty, you must find more ammo or use a save point to replenish it from storage.
