What's with these code-esque letters?

Scattered throughout text files, photos, or walls. I may have missed some other letters but these are what I found so far:

1D[A]=SD
1D[E]=LD
1D[F]=HF
1D[G]=SV

I assume you decipher and punch it in on the other functional arcade aside from OWO. Or they may perhaps just be some actual code lingo that I couldn't understand since I'm not a programmer.

Is this solvable in the Prologue version? Or is this a teaser on what's to come?

It’s part of a ‘secret’ puzzle for the Steam Game Festival which I extended to the prologue until 23:00 (UTC), 15th Feb, 2021. It doesn’t have anything to do with the solution to the other arcade machine, which involves something different.

They are both solvable, best hint whole be to check the folders app for strange files.
