Such a shame... I discovered this game maybe a week ago and that I've been playing the crap out of the game the last few days on PC, I started off with some connection problems the first day, but they subsided the following night. The rest of the days I've played were smooth. I used to see like 20 people on a map, but those numbers eventually dwindled down to just a handful, until it was just me and one other person the last night I played... the connection was smooth. The next day I woke up and opened the game and found it broke. EDIT: works now

We had a server issue which prevented players accessing King and Friendly mode. The problem only affected the Steam platform and was fixed yesterday.

Now the mobile app is spamming connection lost when starting a new game in friendly. I think there should be a server status page for these unannounced down times. Connected to wifi and all other mobile games/apps are working.

Has anyone been able to play Dino Mode at all since it has been released? I've tried on both PC and mobile neither have worked over the last 20 hours.

I've been playing this game forever on Steam. Now all I get is messages saying I don't have an internet connection. If that's true, why do all my other Steam games work? Pretty disappointing. Looks like you didn't totally fix the problem.

It appears since the new season update its spamming "Please check your internet connection" with a retry button or giving that generic error when you try to join a game. They need to code in proper error codes rather then generic internet errors its 100% not internet issues.

i had the error messages multiple times yesterday, after update, and now the first loading screen just sits or crashes the game.

Je suis un utilisateur qui apprécie King of crabs depuis 2 ans.

J'ai principalement joué à des jeux sur steam par pc.

Après la mise à niveau vers la saison 4, je ne peux plus jouer au jeu sur PC.

Il semble que King of Crabs n'ait pas été mis à jour sur Steam.

Veuillez agir rapidement.

Why can't you handle the startup problems of the events????
For over a year it's getting worse and worse!!!

You guys gave that as a reason a long time ago.
How can it be that you guys can't fix this?

Unfortunately Robot Squid disappoints a lot of players, especially those who have been playing this game for a long time.
Many have lost the desire again.
This is bad for your reputation, the game and your income.

Maybe someone else should take over the management.
Someone who knows how to do it right.

To resolve any issue/bug/defect we require as much information as possible. We do have various tools tracking server status but if we are unable to reproduce an issue it can be very difficult for us to investigate/debug and finally fix the issue. We understand it can be infuriating if unable to play a game for whatever reason. Below are additional information which may help us:
- Sometimes we don't know where you are experiencing the connection problem. Are you starting the app? Attempting to play a game mode (Friendly, King or Special)? Does the problem occur when starting all game modes or just one?
- Does the problem occur 100% of the time?
- When did the connection problems start to occur. After a specific day or after an update?
- There is a code displayed in the top right hand corner of the screen. This identifies different stages of the loading phases. This may be of use if the disconnect screen has appeared.
- Sometimes we do have server problems within specific territories. Your King of Crabs userID (found in the settings of the game) identifies which location/server you are playing in. The last two letters provides this information.
- You can always share information via our support email if you feel more comfortable in doing so: support@robotsquid.com

Releasing an update on the 3 platforms we support can be challenging. We did have a initial problem with the release of v1.16 which affected the Android release. This may of had a knock on effect with some Steam user's when starting the game but was resolved end of last week.

Unfortunately we do have a continued problem affecting the live event once they go live. It some times can be persistent during the duration of the live event. We apologise for the continued inconvenience of this issue and hope to have a fix soon.

Appreciate your detailed respond! As of this moment everything has been running pretty smoothly over the last week or so for myself, so no complaints from me personally! Would it be possible for you to get the above pinned on the front page? I wouldn't know to gather all of this information if it wasn't already made public as I assumed all of this was monitored from the other side of the coin. Going forward if I run into any issues regarding servers/gameplay performance I will be sure to follow all the provided tips you provided and get the info over to y'all for resolution.

hello,i still seem to have a problem with the live events as of this day,after seagull shoot worked perfectly fine,team deathmatch for 3 days and right now crate king are not working,is there a fix for this soon,and is there anything i should do on my end?
