The halo hat provides complete immunity to natural health drain; you may think of it as an upgraded jeonrip hat. It does not work when megabig.

The emperor's wreath adds +600% damage to the golden sausage; this is excellent for that one special map in particular, solid gold I believe the special it's called, which spawns gold weapons everywhere (not king crates, however, just the weapons)
