Is the DLC and Xpress Deliveries on console?

Hello, I purchased the game for PS4 and was wondering if the dlc and xpress deliveries featured here is in the ps4 version and if not are there plans for it. thank you

I'm curious about this, too. If it helps, the Switch version seems to have Xpress Deliveries and the Mystery Mansion.

Edit: Someone mentioned having the Lost Presents DLC on the Switch, though I haven't seen it on the store page. This could mean the DLC was treated as an update on the Switch version--and all the DLC for the PlayStation and Xbox versions--but that's just speculation on my part.
