Great game, so much potential.
Making the features of this game more detailed and realistic could be really helpful as an educational tool for heavy equipment operators. By improving the realism, players could learn valuable skills that they can apply in real-world job situations.

Additionally, this game could offer a lot of benefits for businesses. It could be used for training, helping workers practice operations in a safe, controlled environment before getting into real equipment. It could also save companies money by reducing the need for costly training sessions or simulations.

However, I think the game would be even better if it had a "creator's version" where players can design their own missions. This would allow players to come up with custom challenges or scenarios, and then try to complete them. Think of it like a sandbox mode, where you have the freedom to create and explore different tasks. This could make the game even more engaging and versatile, appealing to both educational and business needs.

Key Benefits:
Educational Tool: More realistic features would allow heavy equipment operators to practice skills safely.
Business Benefits: Companies could use the game for training, reducing costs and improving safety.
Creator's Version: A mode where players design their own missions, encouraging creativity and problem-solving.
Sandbox Mode: Offers players freedom to experiment, learn, and grow their skills in different scenarios.
This would help make the game both fun and useful for real-world applications.

Unfortunately, all these equipment manufacturers already have arrangements with specialty simulation and training companies, with significantly greater amounts of $$$ involved - so unlikely that such an arrangement as what you have proposed would be entertained.

Liability is a significant factor here, and is one of the reasons why professional simulators are expensive, and equally why an entertainment-oriented software company is unlikely to expand into this domain.

Hello

generally speaking the idea is great.

not at operating business level.

Businesses will always need to run dedicated pro software.
most games licenses are not valid for professional use.

*******

but for self training as construction machine operator license.
such idea could be very helpful.

construction simulators that allow mission modding :

construction simulator 2015 :

it is widely known for it wide capacity of modding.

there are many there :

and also many tutorials about how to build those.

not sure that mission modding allows for something like

ETS2 driving academy.

success, advices and penalties is quite a job to develop and ETS2 driving academy is indeed a great exemple.
