Input Smoothing and Gravity Qestion

Hello.
I'm trying to find a better real feeling about wheel loaders controls and the Input smoothing and Input gravity but i don't get the idea about the description since i'm getting that 1 is lower value = takes time to respond so lower and 10 is faster response = speed at 100% or is the time that take the game to recognize the pressed button and takes action?
My problem: when reversing the wheel loader, i press the button and like all wheel loader should reverse smooth and slow (not punch from 2 km/h to 11km/h or accelerate from 2 to 11 almost like instantly.
My question: what values do you recommend to give a smooth ride driving and working?
