Joystick use

Besides excavators, does anyone use joysticks instead of Kb/M or controllers for anything else? I have a dual joystick setup (no wheel/pedals) that I'm testing, but the only vehicle I'be found so far that joysticks feel better for me are excavators. What other vehicles do you prefer using joysticks for?

All types of cranes, cement pumps, bulldozers, skid steers.
Basically, if you control it with joysticks in real life, then you shoud do it also in the game.

I have a HOSAS / HOTAS setup with steering wheel and pedals. Is there a way to find out how the controls are currently mapped and how to map them to what I want? There doesn't seem to be anything in game and I haven't found any configuration files ... yet. Online searches seem a bit lean as well. My wheel and pedals work for driving but I would like to move the brake/reverse from the brake pedal to the clutch and map buttons that aren't in use. A manual 18 speed gear shift is in the future ... I hope.

It's all in-game, you can customize controls a lot. I don't know about your specific needs. It's pretty easy. There's a manual somewhere, I'm not sure how to reach it.

I use my dual stick + pedals setup for all vehicles ingame. Works great for everything.

I have dual t16000s and logitech g29 wheel and pedals, works great
