100% Job Completion Possible?
Hi, one thing that's always bothered me with previous releases of this series is that all jobs are considered "done" when the bar hits 100%, paving, pouring concrete, etc. my question is, is there a way to force the game to require you to actually finish those jobs? For example, pouring concrete, before I even cover all the rebar, a lot of jobs will just complete, for me that is immersion breaking and I dont mind filling it up 100% (or like 99%, not 70%). So does this game have a feature where I can have that? REAL 100% completion on all job tasks?

I would love the same feature. I don't find it helpful for the tasks to be completed for me. It ruins the whole experience.

This is not a limitation of the game itself, it is a choice made when the job was designed. For each task the job's author can specify at how much % of completion the job is considered "done". I think this varies with the difficulty level, so you can try setting the level to hard.

For some jobs like excavation, spreading material and similar jobs that dont require "parts" there is a work around to be able to work beyond the 100% stage. Leave a vehicle in the area you are working on and the game won't finish that stage for you.

That way i have fully excavated some pits where 100% hit way to early and there was considerable area left to work on.

One thing to note, you will no longer have a workin contruction view and have to manually do the rest. So this requires some experience.

you as the equipment operator gets the bulk of the job done and the grunts will even out the edges and finish the corners. So the other 2%. immersion saved.

The thing sadly is for most big digging jobs its way more than 2% left. ;) The worst i ran into was with one of the contracts in the SpaceportDLC where at 100% on high scope there was still 25% of the pit untouched.

I did try this with EU map and the job was museum extension or something like that.
In the mission you have to excavate a huge pit, i parked the biggest CAT excavator on top of the pit that had to be excavated, then i used doosan loader and articulated dumper, when the completion meter hit 100% the rest of the soil that had to be excavated just simply disappeared and the CAT excavator hovered in air and dropped to the ground when i entered it from the menu.
