Licensing is hard. Licensors are very worried about their public image. Lawyers don't always understand the game industry. It can take months to get a contract down on paper.

What must bordering those company is when people (moder) reskin deferent vehicles and apply there logo on it. There is no respect of copy right and trade mark.
