How do you turn on AI helper in truck when you mill the old asphalt?

Could you please clarify what kind of AI helper you want to turn on?
If you mean the "construction helper" function it works with vehicles that can be filled up and do not work with the Milling machine.

Since there is no AI driver included yet, currently you can't. Anyway...this feature is already noted on our roadmap and will get introduced with an update at a later time:

If you are playing in single player, feel free to throw the paved asphalt to the boardwalk. Your co-workes will clean-up the mess automatically as soon as the task is finished :-)

This is all very well but by the time these so called updates that should have been included in the beginning get released most people including myself would have finished the game. I have completed all the USA stuff and am halfway through Europe.

What would be the point of that. Many wont be playing this game anymore in 2023.
The fact that they left this simple method out is mindboggling. Instead of making money on the milling process the devs 'advise' just to dump it on the road and let it go to waste instead.
