Personally, I don't think it's a bad thing that I can empty my truck at the push of a button on the construction site, for example, instead of having to drive to the gravel plant 100 times.
I was planning on playing sim style and drive everywhere, but the traffic light situation was quite bad so I shelved that idea for the other map where they hopefully have addressed the issue.
This. The ongoing regression of games over the decades has been a continual effort to make things more accessible, while not adding options to disable these things for others. It only moves in one direction. It's annoying.
I post earlier how it would be nice to have a very large set of jobs set up for multiplayer with enough pay so we can have a full fleet of vehicles traveling for each player to keep the operation moving.
