Auto completion

i dont like it at all, i got a job do dig, i did it and than it completes wich is totaly different, i wanna do all the job not just a bit, wtf?

I believe the developers have responded to a few of these complaints. They said that you can choose the difficulty before you start the job which would remove the auto completion.

Oh, before the job...okay, i was looking in the overall game setting and profile and so on, ill have a look thank you

It doesn't matter what "difficulty" or "job scope" you choose, excavation is complete when you have excavated about 75-80% of the pit. Same with concrete pouring etc..
The job scope only adds extra steps to your job.
