PS5 Dualsense controller is not being read as an input. I tried to map the buttons in the steam controller config but that didn't really help.

I did manage to get it to register only the D-Pad one launch, but that's not much help when all the other buttons aren't working.

I'm using a xbox controller. D pad works fine, but A B X Y are not working :/

Update:
Launching the game through big picture with a controller does not fix the issue.
I have found a workaround for my scenario though.
I launched steam remote play from my TV that had the dualsense controller paired to it.
Using the controller with my TV and sending the inputs to my PC that way seems to allow the controller to work. This is a bit of a hacky fix though so it would be nice if this is addressed.

Having the same issues as above.
Using Dualsense working fine for other games but for this one doesn't recognize inputs and instead picks a generic gamepad config.
Playing with my PS4 controller and works just fine.

I was having trouble with the ps4 controller. Turning of ps4 gamepad support in the steam controller settings made it work

I am having trouble with BACKSPACE BUTTON. It doesn't work. I can't use 'RETURN' function, Please fix this :(

Huh, I actually have no idea where to start with that, since it's just a binding in Unity's Input Manager, so I have no idea why it would ever not work... But you can use the X key as an alternate.

PS5 controller is having a lot of issues, its reading multiple directional inputs when I press in any direction. It works better when I mask it as a 360 controller but still reads multiple inputs when I press up or down

yes. did you find a fix for this? i've tried uninstalling, using a 360 controller and keyboard, etc, but the issue still persists.

Also having this issue as well with an xbox series x controller, dpad works fine but not detecting the face buttons, or any other buttons I think.

I am trying to use a PS4 controller. All of the face button from what I could tell are fully functional. With that said, the D-Pad does not function as it should.
Pressing left on the D-Pad would make the game think I was pressing down, pressing right would think I was pressing up, and the actual up and down buttons would do nothing.
Using DS4Windows which makes my PS4 controller act like an XInput controller made the game fully functional.
