Can't see friends in "Friends Leaderboard"

As topic.. I can see global, local leaderboards.. but as i open "Friends leaderboards" it's just empty with only my own score there, like local... At least 4 friends has the game and some sort of score, and they can see friends score in their "friend leaderboards". But i can't..... Suggestions? Tried reinstalling the game..

Dug into this and it looks like we can only get your friends list if your profile is set to public. I'll look into adding an error if we can detect a private profile.

Thanks for a pretty fast reply. Oh, but strange.. I mean, i'm pretty sure i got some other games where a "friend leaderboard" is working even tho i have private/friends-only profile. But i guess there's different ways of communicating with the "Steam API" too so..

So i just tried different "Privacy Settings" and you are absolutely right. The in-game "Friends leaderboards" is only showing my friends score if my profile and friend list are public. Feels a bit odd tho.. So i look forward to maybe another attempt at this because i won't change my profile/privacy-settings for a specific game to show a complete scoreboard.

Not sure if this would apply to this game, but I've had another game's leaderboard be similar. In that game it was enough to start up the game once with profile set to public, then the friend leaderboard stayed even after changing the privacy settings back

Thanks for giving a suggestion. I already tried that when i realized it worked when i switched to public. Switching back to private/friends-only reverted it in-game too.
