Cant upgrade my houses until they get beer. It is not available any way that I can see in my game

Are you sure you need beer? I believe the upgrade is dependent on the number of people in the household (must be full) and happiness as well as having the funds available.

it was my first though and its confusing. i found out you dont need beer.
i just reduced the tax and build some decorations and when the status is "very lucky" you can upgrade.

Hi!

To upgrade the houses you need only one of the needs to be fulfilled, also the happiness needs to be at the right level. Thetes require also Lesche building near their houses. Keep in mind that Lesche will start working over time! :)
