Error: Failed request access token

In my first 5 min of trying to play the game my game freezes and crashes, and now I cant even login or load in the game because its failing to request access the game. Can someone please help me?

Well its day 2 and I did what BFS_Barker said and I was able to fix it by myself just had to not "Run this program as an administrator"
