As for the judge route, it's a piece of cake if you go Career path, you don't even have to try (especially if you don't aim to become Gaius' confidante type of noble). You'll have to make the waifu and Thomas sad however. Don't think it's possible on the Justice path though. I believe there's a guide for it, but here are some tips.
At the start of the 4th chapter you want +3 disposition with mom, +1 with Nathan and also obtain some reputation, Gloria's secret and victory on the tournament.
For this end you want to get both events from +4 stats in the first chapter (take up the fencing lesson from father and play ants together with mother); being kileld by grandpa helps a lot. Take away Nathan from mom when she tries to murder him. I would advice against kissing the sword, cuz' it's a waste of willpower and stats, better raise up your head.
Start 2nd chapter with talking with Nathan for +1 Unity, some willpower and more of his disposition. Stat hunting in the second chapter is a bit tricky, because you want to speak up with dad before leaving, but you also need to lie on the court trial for the required Cunning (and to prevent the loss of reputation and unity); getting killed in the Sophia event helps a lot. Make sure to get all Reputation events and then acknowledge Gloria as your sister for more of mom's disposition. Ignore Thomas. No one cares about him on the Noble route. Enter the River of Blood through 6 Discipline.
3rd chapter doesn't really matter except for the March event (you may get seriously screwed if you tilt the balance of power to the wrong side) and the tournament which you must win for your father.
Start the 4th chapter by talking with Nathan for +1 of his disposition. You can use the tournament victory for +2 Reputation, while Nathan's and mom's disposition will unlock "neutral" options in the feud between Gloria and Stephan. Use 5 Career to save brothers from the prison (I go for +1 Career from following Fokgraben, then force the bribe from Jung and mediate in Quorum, but you may choose other options). Become Octavia's pet, you can draw up to +3 Reputation from her and some money for legalising her club. Don't bother with Thomas whatsoever, but ask Tempest to provide help in searches for evidence (requires 6 Reputation). You should be able to dissuade Otton from killing you and then use the last spare life in the trial against the rebel Arkn to get more reputation. There are bunch of events you can use to get more money and reputation and career, but keep track of the State Power. It's really sad to get locked out of the Peaceful ending due to the lack of it.
Btw, you MUST get rid of Gloria if you want to get ennobled, but if you know her secret, everything will go smoothly. If you are hunting for achievements, make sure to duel the brother while you are at it.
