Gifted Student - kill Ulrich on priest path
Web of Lies - swear loyalty to three people on lotless path
Master of Diplomacy - make peace between Otton and el Borne on noble path
Second Date - give Sofia to Otton on lotless path
Defiant - refuse to date Octavia on noble path
Wrath of the Gods - let Cassius do his thing on priest path
Favorite Grandson - get +5 to Grandfather
What Long Arms you have - try to flee from Advisor on lotless path

How did you get Lessons of Blood Achievement?

Gifted Student - Kill Ulrich yourself. You need to follow his path and overpower his Will at the end of it

Master of Diplomacy - Get Otton and El Borne to work together through the Revolt

Favorite Grandsin - Max out your relationship with Gregor

Still working on the others.

Lessons of Blood is letting Dorius Otton kill you. You get it by Not bringing a case against him at the end of the noble path but not getting broken chains/night of serpents either.

What kind of outcome do you need in chapter 4 in order for El Borne and Otton to make peace?

Night of the serpent or free city and 20 diplomacy and not rebel path
