How to became "Sophia's Lover"

My Brante get killed instead of her, he helped her to get away from Otton, but during Chapter 4 Sophia didn't became Brante's lover. And things get pretty ugly ever when he invited her for dinner, helped her with Otton and agree with her rather than with Petrile. I didn't give her Gunpowder and she still haven't became Brante's lover. How to get it?

1. 'Shield Sophia from the Horses' during ' Riders on the Road'
(Willpower >= 0)
you get Sophia Saves, Sophia +1 and a load of stats.

2. 'Help Sophia Flee' during 'The Fugitive Girl'
(Ingenuity >= 4 and Willpower >= 0)
you get Sophia = Trusting and other stuff.

3. 'Confess your love for her' during 'The Last Goodbye'
(Sophia >= 3 and Sophia = Trusting)
you will get avowals of love, hot sex and Sophia = Got Close.

4. 'Agree' during the 'The Greater Good'.
(You need high unrest. Didn't keep a screenshot of the exact requirements)
you will get Sophia = Secret Plot.

5. 'Murder Felipe' during 'A Sleepless Night'
(Sophia = Secret plot)
you will get Sophia: Lover.

6. 'Stop Sophia' during the Revolt in 'The Cornered Beast'
(Troops >=1, Manipulation = 20, Sophia = Lover)
you will get Sophia = Hopeful.

7. 'Take Control of the Revolt' during '???'
(The Rebel, Sophia <> Leading the Revolt)
and we lived happily ever after and she didn't set the world on fire!

You only need ingenuity and willpower if you didn't save her from the horses. If you did then it becomes a free action.

Thanks for the info. I had read somewhere that you need to save her from the horses or you can’t be her lover. Didn’t confirm though.

You did it just with saving her during the second event?

I tested it to double-check, and yes I was able to save her in the second event without doing so in the first one. The second event has two ways to save her - one only requiring you to have saved her the first time, and one requiring the intrigue and willpower.
