Jacket Character Pack - Missing Outfit?
Bought the character pack. I believe there's supposed to be an outfit/suit I can equip on any character but I can't seem to find it in my inventory or the vendor screens. I didn't have a free suit slot at the time if that blocks it being given.

no suit that I know of. You get the:
Character (Jacket)
his mask (Richard returns chicken man mask)
his skin for the tribune 32 preset
a richard 1989 sticker for guns
and a letterman jacket charm for guns

On further inspection you are right.
I think it's the line in the store description about his signature outfit that made me think it was an outfit (item) instead of as Jacket's default suit.
