Constant "Network Error No Network Connection" on Launch

As of yesterday, every time I launch PD3, the game will infinitely load and never get to the "Getting Ready" loading screen and then boot me to the "Network Error" screen and I don't know how to fix it. I did eventually after brute forcing it for about 20 minutes yesterday for it to finally let me into the game but this shouldn't be happening in the first place.

As of currently writing I'm still stuck on the first loading screen and cannot get into the Main Menu.

I honestly don't know it just kinda fixed itself after removing and readding things until it worked, it fixed itself before PLAION Support got back to me (they didn't). I'd suggest just uninstalling any recent mods you installed and seeing if anything improves.
