Boys in Blue Captain Bugs

Sometimes when you place the donuts to distract the captain in stealth, Shade won't call it in and thus the captain never learns of the sweet treat waiting for him :(
Other times it just takes a really long time, but some times she just doesn't do it at all

Also I can't attach an image, but today I went into the Captains office and he wasn't there, so I looked down and I could see his outline standing below on a different floor (Or maybe out of the map idk, whatever was beneath the Captains office I guess)
The game still counted him as "Inside his office" though, so I couldn't interact with his computer, and when I placed the donuts, of course, he wasn't interested
