I bought year 1 pass as dlc but didn't get all contents

anyone having problems like me ? I bought the dlc yesterday.
I didn't get Drifter Pack, Island Skin, Preacher Pack. It said in dlc that it is bonus contents.

I try to contract their support to find out what happens. Will let you know if they do anything :)

Yeah, contacting the support is indeed the best move for this kind of problems. If anything, they ""should"" have the tools to fix bugs related to missing equipments.
