Where is Almir Listo?

As the title says, where is the Global Brand Director and Head of Community for Overkill? Why is he not address the community around the current state of the game? It's literally his job.

they do a funny play with almir stream every tuesday, other then that he generally announces big stuff coming to the game with the dev updates and the operation medic bag videos. He is also arguebly active on the payday reddit.

Yeah, and they agree with the community that it's not a good game and that it deserves its current rating on Steam.
