Lead Guard needs to go
For the love of god please change this modifier if you're solo or just nuke it for something new. I have never had a more frustrating and annoying time dealing with this moron and I love doing No Rest OVK but he alone just saps it so badly.

As a solo I literally have nothing to do but put a cam on him or a motion sensor, which the cam locks me in place while I use it, and the Sensor can run out and I need to reapply WHILE MASKED, so good luck with that.

Please get rid of him, I want nothing more than him gone he is either a walking run murderer or completely useless like in Dirty Ice.

Problem is not in Lead Guard, it's actually a nice mechanic, because in PD2 you simply killed 4 guys who were the most annoying to you and ignored the rest, this 4-pager kill carried all heists without exceptions. And having something which actually dangerous to your stealth and pager count - is an interesting twist, especially if a modifier is a timed one and goes away in 2 weeks.

Problem is in stealth system in general. You can't run - guards see and hear you from sniper range. This makes you insanely slow, heist completion - slow as well. And because everything is so slow - guards have a lot more chances to catch you. And because you can't just sprint away at the moment you see him - Lead can catch you in the most stupid way with you crouching from him and void your run, basically a random run killing mechanic and the only way to counter it - either constantly check the camera yourself or have a teammate to do this for you.

In PD2 there were trip mines, which marked enemies in stealth, much more useful and convenient, sadly absent in PD3.

Honestly facts. I can appreciate the slower pace but Lead cannot exist at the same time with a sense of fairness. It also doesn't help that the lack of shotgun push makes moving people around very awkward even with human shields because you get stuck in that animation for about a second on your first grab.

The rotating Cerberus Hack and Lead Guards give the heists some extra challenge, but there are a lot of skills to make it still easy enough. Most stealth heists are a lot easier if at least one player stays unmasked and one player puts his mask on. But this requires at least two players. Which was never be a problem with PD2, but is the biggest issue with PD3. No one to play with.
