How do I loop two cameras?

I saw a guy loop two cameras, but I cant find any skill that would allow me to loop two, only one.
What am I missing? Thanks for help :)

Put a second skill point in Hacker.

"You gain one additional Runtime."

Im confused, is there a trick to making a "runtime"? Cause what I've done is just hack it, and instantly right click to make it loop, then leave it. But that only works on one camera, and as soon as I do it on a second I will loose the loop on the first. o_O

You must ace the hacker perk, that will allow you to hack 2 cameras at the same time

a runtime is a count of how many hacks you can have going at once, so if you have 2 you can loop 2 cameras at the same time.
