Future updates and roadmap
Something that has not been discussed or communicated throughout this delay in the first patch is how this may impact future updates or if it will push back the release of the content updates. While Starbreeze has said it is looking into ways to streamline the process of updates, how is this going to help with what had been establish as promised content X months after release.
If releasing a qol and bug fix update is leading to delays and requiring multiple instances of recertification or the update leading to finding more issues with the game requiring further refinement of the patch how does that impact the roadmap?

If you look at the store page we're only getting 4 new heists for the first year along with an unspecified amount of weapon and tailor packs. At that rate it would take them 20 years to have the same amount of heists as Payday 2

Here's hopeing that they get a few good patches in this first year. With 2 decent dcl new maps and at least one holiday special. Cross fingers helloween (lol i know that i cant spell). In the second year we get a dlc every quater and another holiday special. Third year a new skill tree system 4 dlc, completed holiday specials. and into weapons pack dlc's. But probly less maps n more weapon packs.

I imagine they were planning on a schedule of a DLC every about 3 months... But the game releasing in this state, putting out paid content would be in extremely bad taste until the fix it.
So we're totally getting microtransactions and first 15€/$ DLC before they manage to fix the game.

"Heisters we finally finished our first update just in time for Thanksgiving!

To celebrate our over 220 fixes we are also announcing our first official DLC as part of the Season Pass, just in time for Cyber Monday!

Happy turkey heisting! we'll patch the stuffing in later"
