Masks not appearing

I have a strange glitch where Year 1 pass and mask of the week just don't seem to appear in my inventory (they are blank on their preview) and if i wear it nothing changes. Tried reinstalling but no luck. Any ideas?

It came with the Jacket DLC and they haven't bothered fixing it or even adressing it in streams or in the support tickets, they are not gonna fix this anytime soon
