Why? Because Payday 3 is still a ♥♥♥♥ game 1.5+ years later.
PD3 on the other hand was always a bland, placeholdery, bargain bin shooter. Slapping on more maps with recycled objectives won't fix anything. Trying to tinker with it for years at a glacial pace won't revive it.
Truth is it's broken at it's core and only a total makeover can save it and that ain't happening.
