Fail to fetch game config data

I buy the golden version to gain three day earlier access to play this shxt and yet I can't even get past the login screen. At least tell us say there is something wrong with your server and you guys are fixing it or something. I work whole day came back and still see this error message and no I'm not gonna create another fking account just to play this game. This is same or worst like the payday2 hype train event 20 dollar overkill mask fiasco.

I'm pretty damn fed up with this ♥♥♥♥ as well. I managed to log on ONCE! and the game promptly crashed in my face. Been with this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ error since last night.

I have an error connecting to nebula in the game itself before entering the menu, I played yesterday, everything was fine, I think this problem will be fixed soon bro!

Bro it's been 2 day 48hours and today is the third day... I buy this golden version to play early but I didn't even play a single fking match and all they care and fix is the fking PS5

Try this for as a Nebula workaround Nebula Error workaround:
1. Log in to the Nebula > Unlink steam account > Restart Payday 3 > Create a new Nebula account in the game > close the Neubla Window without Linking > Log in. (Thanks to BabyDontBlockMe)

No idea, man. But I get the feeling Overkill is more interested in keeping the console crowd happy than dealing with the nebula data error us PC players are plagued with.

At least put some notes or update or something to give us faith that they are working on it. But I can't see anything related to this nebula data error... kind of disappoint preorder it since june and totally not able to play it at all.

- Log back in without linking your Steam account.
- Restart the game.

Or

- Locate your Payday 3 game files on Steam.
- Verify the game files.

Or

- Check your firewall to see if it is blocking the game from moving forward in any way.
- Check your antivirus to see if it is pinging the game for any reason.

Or
(Probably helps)

- Create a new Nebular Account.

If that doesn't work, it's said that the devs are looking at the problem

Same happened to me. Was able to login to the game once on the first launch and after that I've gotten the error every time I try to get into the menu. Weird how it let me get in once and never again.

How in the heck is this supposed to work as it links my Steam account automatically when I try to login (after unlinking the account) resulting in the Nebula Data Error...

Good advice... except NONE of it worked for me. I'm still locked out of the game due to Overkill's utter incompetence.

i went to the page that the game menu sent me to and signed in and all it did was import my payday 2 info

this is garbage.

Indeed. I truly believe at this point, that Overkill has zero desire to help us and couldn't care about fixing this issue.
