Will not let me download

I have reset steam many times and it still will not let me download im giga sad

what edition , restart pc , close steam through task bar and start again , make sure u uninstall beta if u still have it and try again

I couldn't download it until I switched to the NY download region.

Silver edition, I just reset my pc and no luck.. i am also not using the beta client. Switching the download region did not work either :(

In my case, if I let myself download it, but when I want to play when I click play, the game loads but never opens, does the same happen to anyone?
