Dirty Ice Vault

I've been looking for the second button to open the vault in dirty ice but I literally can't find it anywhere. I know about the one on the manager's desk. Has anyone else found it yet?

It's not a button so much as it is a 'keycard reader' next to the vault. That needs to be activated along with the button on the desk.

Usually in the room in the basement.

In the basement area where the camera guy is and there should be a safe with paperwork that you need to snap a photo of. You need to use a pin pad to get in to the basement the code is hinted at in the managers office.
