The code for the lower room is indicated as "The portrait number of the employee of the month in the front room". Where is it? I can't find it, but I've searched everything...

FOUND!!! Go to the main room (the one with all the people) and behind where the manager is standing, on a pillar, is a "employee of the month" portrait with a id.

Spoilers but here is how you do that heist easy in stealth

Go into the main room and close all the shutters. On a pillar is the employee of the month photo. Note the code. Then go around the back, into the building from behind. Leave casing mode at this point. Enter the building through a window or side doors (if you can't find a phone with the QR key lying around outside then you can enter through a window). Deal with one roaming guard in the back offices. Go to the basement and input the code. Note two cameras and one guard in here. Do not go into the security room, go into the other room and pick the safe. Inside the safe is blackmail documents. Now go back up to the manager's room and hack her computer. The handler will now say that she can use the blackmail material to get the manager out. Use the phone and hide, the manager will come into the manager's room. DO NOT KILL HER, take her as a human shield and into the private area and to the authentication room scanner. After that ziptie her. If you find RED keycard you can use it to open the vault synchronised with holding the button on the manager's desk. With the rare item and the authenticated jewelery from the authentication machine you have enough to go back to the van with a few bags and complete the mission. You can alternatively go into the main room and try to control it but people will be coming in and out and it's very difficult, not recommended and also not necessary to complete the level

You can make a employee press the button for the 2 person part
