Been looking myself but have been unable to find them. I believe this is a bug, we're going to restart and try to see if that's the case, bc the lady on the radio says a voiceline that sounds like we already have it when we dont

pro tip: you need to duck in order to open it, it's a fake wood panel on the lower half of the wall.
