Can't show invitation to bouncer?

So, after hours of sneaking around I finally got the RFID VIP invite so I can get into the VIP room without putting on my mask. But I don't get any prompt to actually show the invite to the bouncer?

It says in the mission context stuff on the top left, "Show invitation to bouncer". How do I do this? Only option I get is to steal his keycard.

Am I missing something here?

There's a reader on the left of the door get a little closer to that maybe, i walked right on through after i programmed the invitations upstairs on the laptop between the 2 cameras

Yeah, i tried that reader. Apparently that reader only uses the blue keycard. Not the actual invite.

no bug if u spot by a guard or staff and they start searching for u u can't show the inv nor u can't find rf reader

I found the reader and copied the invites without being spotted by anyone.

with the vip invites, you need to encode them at the RF reader / encoder, it's not directly near the bouncer, but on an odd occasion the invite will bug and encodes, vanishes and is unable to be picked up (place on RF reader > Activate laptop > authorise > pickup), when encoded, you don't need to interract to get the bouncer to open the door, just walk up to them.

Yeah, I found the encoder and everything. It even said "Show the bouncer the invitation" as the next mission step. I walked up to the door, the scanner on the left, both bouncers, I feel like i tried everything.

Alright so I have been testing and doing this mission for a while now (Solo/Silent/Normal)

The bug seems to kick in when you after you place the blank VIP invitation on the scannner and then activate the computer: when it is finished DO NOT HIT "F" or action the PC. PICK UP THE SCANNED INVITATION. The action key/button will say "Pick Up"
This seems to make the "Show the Invitation" task work.
