Pretty sure at least the staff doesn't respond to these discussions. Nobody else can help you to troubleshoot either without any context or whats going on so you're on your own to find a solution.

I started a thread on this issue but apparently it's just cause of "server overload" even though it's been hours and I'm still unable to get past it

Yeah i mean, its not like they're going to throw out a fix to that so easily. Pretty sure a fix would take the servers down at least momentarily or among the lines or even without doing that and then the issue should start resolving for most people.

I had the nebula error for 65 minutes. I just read that you can bypass the error if you log in to Nebula and delete the link to Steam. Then restart Payday, create a NEW Nebula account in the game, close the Nebula window without a link to Steam and log in. worked for me immediately. good luck!

I'd try this but I'm not going to risk locking my account to another email and get shafted out of my infamy/veteran rewards.
