They responded on twitter to a tweet saying:
"the keys for the title will be sent out at the time of release, in line with the publisher's wishes. We will keep customers informed of any changes."

What is IG? GreenManGaming is selling at normal list price, which makes them useless and CDKEYS is selling the Silver for only $53.29 though I'm still waiting on my stupid credit card company to allow the purchase as it's being blocked lol

You simply have to contact whatever store you bought from, you have to understand this isnt the place to look for support for your purchase in third party stores

Guys that bought Payday 3 silver or gold edition over at IG, I couldn't activate mine because steam says that pd3 isn't available in my region, however I can still purchase it normally for 90e over steam? Pls if someone has an explanation I need it.

well yall dont get too excited you cant access it anyway up until the 21st if you're unlucky, i pre ordered the key and got it delivered today yet i wont be able to access it up till the 21st
