Safe house?

Does anyone know if payday 3 will also have the safe house and your own personal vault and be upgrade able like in payday 2 ?

Doubt it, I always thought it was a really silly feature aside from having a shooting range and it didn't even get fleshed out until the game was several years old.

I hated safe house raid because of the xp it give and how bad the mission was.
safe house nightmare was even worse.
(also both are bad in lore, the cops know where the heister lives, ok?...)

I'm not against a safe house as long as it doesn't turn into a mission.
