No Blue KeyCard in Fear and Greed
I noticed that there was no possibility to get in the security room in fear and greed, because there is no Blue KeyCard to find.

It's on one of the guards in the building after you go down the zipline.

yea its in main building on a guard. usually on loud the guard will run out door and leave door open too. if you stealth till you get in building before caught and then get caught i will usually run into guard with blue card. hes usually in a crowd with other guards fleeing
