The DLC Chapter bundles are sold at 10 dollars, which include all 3 seperate DLCs, the heist, weapons and cosmetics.
Buying them seperstely will cost you 12 dollars. 5 for the heist, 4 for weapons, 3 for cosmetics.
That's your incentive to buy the full Chapter instead. If you wanted to "upgrade", no discounts if you already own the DLC sadly.
If you wanna buy the DLC anyway you should get the Year 1 Pass, you won't get a discount either if you already own DLC but it's the best value option for the cost, plus you get extra cosmetics.
The Chapter DLC bundles that give you all 3 DLCs, aren't seperated from the individual DLCs themselves. You are able to put the Chapter bundle, AND the individual DLCs into the same basket. Thankfully, you won't be able to by mistake pay double for no reason, because Steam detects that buying the Chapter bundle will include the individual DLCs, so it will remove those from your basket at the checkout.
Very weird solution by starbreeze, I don't understand why.
