Maybe it's not a bug, but then I don't know what it could be (not money).
You already sign up in starbreeze to play the game so they stole your data already.
this ain't GTA Online either where a monkey give you a ton of money and glitch you so you can get ban.
BUT, being polite, there are cheaters in Payday 3 and modders. So the always online requirement it's nonsense to me. I have join multiple matches with people high level, all guns, is it fun? I guess... it's easy. But it's not payday 2 by miles. In payday 2 you can select the max level of players you want in your match, so I usually go for new people level 99 or 60, that way I can teach them a few tricks.
It's safe?, yes. It's buggy, yes. Are they cheaters? yes. It's your data stolen, probably.
