some kick just to waste your time, others seem to be hoping for the rage and then some do it to get people in for xp and free rewards. then there are all teh snowflakes that take offence to you standing in the wrong place

Was doing Houstons Breakout, and host ended up screwing up so we went loud. I did every task from setting up the drill, keeping it going, and was finishing putting evidence on the scanner just to get kicked. People are wild.

It's how it's always meant to be. Host kick is important against griefing. But it's a double edged sword. Host the heists or play with friends.

Also, those who don't own DLCs, cannot join a DLC heist lobbies anyway, unlike in Payday 2, so you aren't missing out on anything by not playing on public lobbies hosted by others.

The only thing you can do is be the better person, a beacon of decency among the community, by hosting, and not unjustly kicking players.

But since Payday 3 sucks, people are a lot worse as a result. So there is that.
