They don't exist yet and with the abysmally slow progress they've got going on... they'll either give them away or you'll have to beat some "hardcore challenges" whenever the game director is done doodling them in December.

I'm saying it's moronic to have zero indicator of the event outside of Discord and a website. There's not even a little tickbox anywhere in the game to indicate that you did complete the requirements to claim the mask later. There's nothing.
