Cook Off bug?

I played Cook Off twice in a row just now. The first time, after calling in supplies a few times it just stopped arriving so couldn't get max bags, so ended up leaving. The second and most recent time just now, we got all the bags but the getaway never arrived and eventually after 55 minutes, just left.

Is there something I'm not getting here or what?

if you call in supplies and simultaneously call in an overkill drop, it sometimes bugs out

I think any kind of events like that converging at once bugs it out, best to cook everything before putting stuff in the van otherwise it will come and go constantly which might cause it to line up with an overkill drop or bile bringing ingredients causing something to tweak

for getaway issue, the easiest thing to do is NOT to put 3 bags in the van when it first arrives and it will force the van to stay, make all 19 bags, put them close to van, and throw them in the van rapidly and escape, if you let the van go for the first time , it's near impossible to get all bags and escape
